Orders are usually processed and shipped within 5 business days after payment is successfully received.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During busy seasons, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Area

GreenHarvest Market currently ships orders within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Estimated Delivery Time

After your order has been shipped, estimated delivery time is usually 2–15 business days.

Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, weather conditions, holidays, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Fees

Order Tracking

Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking details after the package has been shipped.

GreenHarvest Market is not responsible for delayed, lost, or returned packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

For damaged packages, please include clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label so we can review the issue.

We may assist with a replacement, refund, or claim review depending on the situation and carrier information.

Seed Product Notice

Seeds are natural products and should be stored in a cool, dry place after delivery. GreenHarvest Market is not responsible for damage caused by improper storage after the order has been delivered.
