Return and Refund Policy

At GreenHarvest Market, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Return and Refund Policy explains how returns, refunds, damaged items, and order issues are handled for purchases made from our online store.

GreenHarvest Market is operated by TIDAL WHOLESALE LLC.

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. Seed packets must remain sealed and in their original packaging. You will also need the receipt, order number, or proof of purchase.

Because seeds are natural products and their growth can be affected by soil quality, planting method, weather, watering, temperature, storage, and other conditions outside our control, we cannot accept returns for seed packets that have been opened, planted, used, damaged after delivery, or stored improperly.

Please include your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the return. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Order Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you receive a damaged item, the wrong item, or an incomplete order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us review the issue quickly, please include your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. If the issue is confirmed, we may offer a replacement, refund, or other suitable solution.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Opened seed packets
Used or planted seeds
Items not in original packaging
Items damaged after delivery
Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Clearance or final sale items, if marked as final sale
Gift cards, if offered

Germination Disclaimer

We carefully select seed products for quality, but we do not guarantee specific germination results or harvest outcomes. Seed growth depends on many conditions outside our control, including planting depth, watering, soil type, sunlight, temperature, climate, pest control, and gardening experience.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your approved return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, such as sending the wrong item or a damaged item.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. GreenHarvest Market is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit.

Exchanges

We do not guarantee exchanges for all items. If you need a replacement for a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at faronguidera39@hotmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
